TK Elevator is seeking an experienced Superintendent- Repair in Omaha, NE to oversee daily repair operations, ensure efficiency, and manage field teams. The role emphasizes safety, schedule coordination, and data-driven oversight across the branch.

The ideal candidate has a background in construction management or equivalent, strong reporting and communication skills, and a valid driver's license. The position includes comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or two years’ experience managing at a branch level or equivalent.
• Ability to write reports, proposals and business correspondence.
• Ability to present information to management and customers.
• Ability to analyze problems, collect data and draw conclusions.
• Knowledge of technical instructions and equations in complex contexts.
• Valid driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicles Report.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily repair operations run efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Foster a culture of safety and conduct safety audits as needed.
• Participate in weekly repair backlog meetings to update schedules and data.
• Supervise repair mechanics and apprentices, including performance management.
• Monitor repair job status and review billable/non-billable reports weekly.
• Review TK Trip reports with mechanics and sales staff.
• Maintain knowledge of market area, backlog, service and repair volume.
• Attend training and stay current with product updates and policies.
