Job summary

Univision Communications Inc. is seeking a dynamic President & General Manager for Los Angeles to drive revenue and profitability while navigating the evolving media landscape.

The role blends traditional linear media leadership with transformative digital sales expertise, demanding strategic thinking, empathy, and hands-on execution. The leader will cultivate client relationships and set a strong example across departments.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and deep understanding of Hispanic culture required.
• College degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of broadcast/media experience.
• At least 5 years of TV/radio management experience and 5 years of digital sales experience.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Owns the overall vision, direction, and profitability of Univision Los Angeles.
• Manages P&L for the Los Angeles market with focus on digital revenue growth.
• Leads sales and business development strategy with a focus on digital sales.
• Inspires and leads teams, fostering innovation and adaptability.
• Builds relationships with key clients, government leaders, and stakeholders.
• Develops annual business plans and budgets, manages cost-saving measures.
