Job summary

Chubby Media LLC is seeking a PR Specialist to build influencer partnerships, manage collaborations from outreach to posting, and host visits at our restaurant locations in Los Angeles. The role supports grand openings and brand events to boost awareness and foot traffic across Chubby Group brands.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with restaurants, manage travel and scheduling for influencers, and track content performance while maintaining strong communications in English and Mandarin

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin Chinese.
• Experience with influencer marketing and outreach.
• Ability to analyze content performance and ROI.
• Ability to manage multiple influencer collaborations simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Identify, vet, and grow a network of local influencers aligned with each brand’s goals.
• Independently manage influencer outreach, partnership communication, restaurant visit scheduling, content publishing, and follow-up.
• Coordinate between restaurants and influencers, hosting on-site visits and providing filming support and day-of communication.
• Support planning and execution of grand openings and brand events, including materials.
• Maintain influencer partnership records, track content performance, and compile collaboration data.
