You will cultivate relationships, leverage Asia-based trade lanes, and collaborate with operations to ensure service excellence. The role requires travel and a results-driven mindset, with a strong track record in logistics sales.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years in drayage/transload/freight forwarding with supply chain knowledge.
• Bachelor of Science degree required.
• Strong network in Los Angeles logistics community with freight forwarder relationships.
• Asia-based trade lane expertise preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Self-motivated with results-driven mindset and proven sales targets.
• Able to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel is required.

Aufgaben

• Identify, prospect, and close new business with freight forwarders and BCOs in LA.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the freight forwarding community.
• Leverage Asia trade lanes to drive revenue and market share in LA.
• Collaborate with operations teams to meet service commitments and client expectations.
• Represent USMMG and Port X Logistics at industry events and networking forums.
• Provide regular reports on pipeline, client development, and market intelligence to leadership.
