hello82 USA is seeking a Fan Space Associate to work in our Los Angeles Fan Space, handling customer interactions and sales in a live venue setting.

You will be part of a small team delivering an engaging fan experience, operating from 10:30AM to 7:30PM with weekend shifts. The role emphasizes teamwork, crowd management, and strong communication in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail experience is required.
• Proficient with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Comfortable with public speaking and handling crowds.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming and exciting environment for fans in the LA Fan Space.
• Handle money and sales using Shopify POS.
• Communicate effectively with teammates and customers.
• Uphold performance standards in crowd situations.
• Assist in Fan Space tasks including customer service, maintenance, inventory tracking, and sales tracking.
• Assist in creative tasks.

About the Role

Position : Fan Space Associate

Location : 7323 Beverly Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90036 (hello82 HQ)

This role will work exclusively in our LA Fan Space

Work Hours : Between 10:30AM - 7:30PM Local Time

*WEEKENDS REQUIRED*

Key Responsibilities

• Work with Fan Space team to create a welcoming and exciting environment for fans in our LA Fan Space
• Handle Money and Sales using Shopify POS
• Communicate efficiently with both fellow Teammates and Customers
• Uphold Performance Standards in any Scale of Crowd
• Assist in Fan Space tasks including, but not limited to customer service, minor maintenance, floor coverage, inventory tracking, and sales tracking.
• Assist in Creative Tasks

Qualifications

• A genuine interest in Kpop music and content
• High school diploma or higher
• Experience working with Excel and/or Google Suites
• Comfortable with Public Speaking and Crowds
• 1-2 Years of Experience in Retail
• Ability to lift 30 lbs
• Excellent communicator and quick, creative thinker with the ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.
• Ability to respectfully and efficiently work with a team of 10+ to create a welcoming and exciting environment for K-pop
