Job summary

hello82 USA is seeking a Fan Space Social Media Associate in Dallas to help create a welcoming environment for fans and to promote our Dallas Fan Space in the local market. You will work with the Social Media Marketing team to prep engaging content and cover events for promotional purposes.

You will handle sales via Shopify POS, assist with creative tasks, and maintain excellent customer service while collaborating with a team of 10+ to energize K-pop fans.

Qualifications

• Interest in K-pop music and culture.
• Strong time management skills.
• Experience in retail environments is a plus.
• Capcut or similar video editing software experience.

Responsibilities

• Work with Fan Space team to create a welcoming and exciting environment for fans in our Dallas Fan Space.
• Collaborate with Social Media Marketing to prep and execute engaging content for the Dallas market.
• Capture coverage of events for promotional material and archives.
• Handle money and sales using Shopify POS.
• Communicate efficiently with teammates and customers.
• Uphold performance standards in crowded environments.
• Assist in Fan Space tasks including customer service, maintenance, inventories, and sales tracking.
• Assist in creative tasks.

Position

Fan Space Social Media Associate - DALLAS

Location

hello82 DALLAS Fan Space (Carrolton Area)

Work Hours

Between 10:30AM - 7:30PM Local Time

• WEEKENDS REQUIRED

Key Responsibilities

• Work with Fan Space team to create a welcoming and exciting environment for fans in our DALLAS Fan Space
• Work with Social Media Marketing team to prep and execute the creation of engaging content to promote our Fan Space to the DALLAS market
• Capture coverage of events for promotional material and archives
• Handle Money and Sales using Shopify POS
• Communicate efficiently with both fellow Teammates and Customers
• Uphold Performance Standards in any Scale of Crowd
• Assist in Fan Space tasks including, but not limited to customer service, minor maintenance, floor coverage, inventory tracking, and sales tracking.
• Assist in Creative Tasks

Qualifications

• A genuine interest in Kpop music and content
• Time Management skills
• High school diploma or higher
• Experience working with Capcut or other Video Editing software
• Comfortable with Public Speaking and Crowds
• 1-2 Years of Experience in Retail
• Ability to lift 30 lbs
• Excellent communicator and quick, creative thinker with the ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.
• Ability to respectfully and efficiently work with a team of 10+ to create a welcoming and exciting environment for K-pop
