hello82 USA | Where K-pop Meets Global Impact is seeking an Experiential Design Intern in Los Angeles. You will support the Experiential Designer with ideation, fabrication prep, asset organization in Adobe Suite and Procreate, and on-site installation tasks at the LA Fan Space.

Applicants should have a K-pop interest, basic Excel/Google Workspace skills, and access to a portfolio. The role involves lifting and some weekend shifts, with a pay rate of $18.50 per hour in Los Angeles.

Qualifications

• Interest in K-pop music and content.
• Experience with Excel and/or Google Suites; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• 1+ year of experience in retail.
• Valid California driver's license and ability to drive U-Haul and standard trucks.

Responsibilities

• Work with Fan Space / Retail Operations team to create a welcoming and exciting environment for fans in our Los Angeles Fan Space.
• Assist Experiential Designer in ideation and execution of installs.
• Organize assets for print in Adobe Suite and Procreate.
• Assist in planning and gathering necessary supplies for pop-up installations and production shots.
• Prepare materials for fabrication, including drawing, painting, and sculpting.
• Perform assembly and installation tasks.
• Communicate with vendors to ensure production.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, tools, and ongoing projects.
• Event tasks including customer service, greeting.

Work Hours : 9:30A - 6:30P

*SOME WEEKENDS REQUIRED

Qualifications

• A genuine interest in Kpop music and content
• Efficiency in Blender, Zbrush or 3D Modeling is preferred but not necessary.
• High school diploma or higher
• Experience working with Excel and/or Google Suites
• Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite
• 1+ Years of Experience in Retail
• Ability to lift 30 lbs
• Valid California Drivers License and Ability to drive U-Haul and Standard Trucks
• Excellent communicator and quick, creative thinker with the ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.
• Ability to respectfully and efficiently work with a team of 10+ to create a welcoming and exciting environment for K-pop fans
