Job summary

hello82 is seeking a Fan Space Social Media Associate for our Dallas Fan Space. You will work the 10:30AM–7:30PM schedule, collaborate with the Social Media Marketing team to craft engaging content, welcome fans, and help capture events for promotional material.

This role requires weekend availability, a high school diploma or higher, and Capcut experience. You will engage with crowds, support a 10+ person team, and assist in Shopify POS sales.

About the role

Position : Fan Space Social Media Associate - DALLAS

Work Hours : Between 10:30AM - 7:30PM Local Time

*WEEKENDS REQUIRED

Key Responsibilities

• Work with Fan Space team to create a welcoming and exciting environment for fans in our DALLAS Fan Space
• Work with Social Media Marketing team to prep and execute the creation of engaging content to promote our Fan Space to the DALLAS market
• Capture coverage of events for promotional material and archives
• Handle Money and Sales using Shopify POS
• Communicate efficiently with both fellow Teammates and Customers
• Uphold Performance Standards in any Scale of Crowd
• Assist in Fan Space tasks including, but not limited to customer service, minor maintenance, floor coverage, inventory tracking, and sales tracking.
• Assist in Creative Tasks

Qualifications

• A genuine interest in Kpop music and content
• High school diploma or higher
• Experience working with Capcut or other Video Editing software
• Comfortable with Public Speaking and Crowds
• 1-2 Years of Experience in Retail
• Ability to lift 30 lbs
• Excellent communicator and quick, creative thinker with the ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.
• Ability to respectfully and efficiently work with a team of 10+ to create a welcoming and exciting environment for K-pop
