Job summary

CCS Facility Services is hiring a Day Porter to maintain common areas of office buildings, apartments, and other facilities. Responsibilities include spot cleaning, polishing, vacuuming, trash removal, restroom upkeep, and reporting maintenance needs.

Candidates should be reliable, punctual, and adhere to safety procedures. The role emphasizes thorough daily cleaning, attention to high-traffic times, and collaboration with the Management Office to ensure a clean and safe environment for tenants

Responsibilities

• Spot clean lobby glass doors and polish chrome on lobby doors.
• Vacuum elevator cabs, wipe walls and doors twice daily.
• Inspect building exterior and pick up trash.
• Clean restrooms twice daily and empty exterior trash receptacles.
• Sweep stairwells, entrances, and landscaped areas as needed.
• Report lights out or solicitors to Management Office.
• Policing lobby to keep floors and planters clean during high traffic.
