Creative Artists Agency (CAA) seeks an on-site Assistant to support a Comedy Touring Agent in Los Angeles. The role requires a motivated, fast-thinking individual capable of handling heavy phones, coordinating schedules, and producing expense reports.

The candidate will manage calendars, arrange travel, and assist with special projects while maintaining confidentiality and professional communication with clients, buyers, and executives.

Qualifications

• 1 year of administrative assistant experience including phones, meetings, schedule coordination, expense reports, and travel coordination.
• Tenacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while balancing multiple priorities.
• Curiosity about the comedy touring landscape and anticipation to think strategically and creatively.

Responsibilities

• Administrative duties including heavy phones, calendar management, scheduling travel, booking reports, preparing expense reports, and general office tasks.
• Serve as first point of contact with clients, buyers, agents, executives
• Track clients and potential clients
• Assist with special projects, research, and compiling information as needed
• Input offers and follow-up with buyers
