Creative Artists Agency (CAA) seeks an Assistant for the Comedy Touring department in Los Angeles. You will handle heavy phones, calendar management, travel bookings, expense reports, and office tasks while supporting a touring agent and clients.

Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, with a passion for comedy and a professional, confidential approach. The role is on-site in Los Angeles with a base hourly salary of $20–$22, eligibility for benefits and a discretionary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of administrative assistant experience, including phones and scheduling.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Curiosity about the comedy touring landscape and proactive thinking.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality in communications.
• Polished written and verbal communication; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, manage calendars, schedule travel and book reports.
• Prepare expense reports and handle general office management tasks.
• Serve as first point of contact with clients, buyers, agents, executives.
• Track clients and potential clients and assist with special projects.
• Input offers and follow up with buyers as needed.
