Job summary

CORUS Consulting seeks a L3 ServiceNow Developer / Technical Analyst / Release Coordinator in Durham, NC. The role focuses on automating application support, integrations and ServiceNow enhancements with offshore teams. Strong ITSM/ITOM background and scripting skills are required.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years' experience as Tooling Engineer or similar
• Hands on experience in system integrations and process automations (Workflow Data Fabric)
• Strong experience in Web Service Integration using REST and SOAP
• Strong experience in Directory Service Integration (Active Directory, AzureAD, LDAP)
• Strong experience in PowerShell, JavaScript, Ansible, Terraform, Python, XML, databases, SQL
• Strong ITSM/ITOM experience; exposure to HRSD/CSM a plus
• Exposure to Kubernetes, Docker Swarm, ServiceNow Orchestration, AWS EKS/AKS
• Experience with software development tools/IDEs and code repositories
• Good understanding of ITIL framework and reporting skills

Responsibilities

• Drive automation efforts targeting application support activities, deployments, health checks, monitoring and alerting
• Support automation, orchestration and integration initiatives based on ServiceNow
• Develop enhancements with offshore managed service team (requests, forms, portal, workflow)
• Collaborate with users/ops teams to translate requirements into Self Service options
• Investigate and rollout ServiceNow features: ATF, virtual agents
• Support ServiceNow upgrade
• Coordinate release of enhancements with quality on time delivery
• Create custom tools to automate production processes
• Generate metrics and reports; provide maintenance documentation for scripts

Key Responsibilities

• Drive automation efforts targeting application support activities, deployments, health checks, monitoring and alerting activities, etc.
• Support automation, orchestration and integration initiatives based on ServiceNow
• Develop enhancements in coordination with offshore managed service team. It includes (but not limited to) creating requests, update forms, customize portal, customize process workflow
• Collaborate with Application Users/Operations Teams to understand requirements, use cases and transform them Self Service options
• Investigate and rollout ServiceNow feature: ATF, virtual agents,
• Support ServiceNow upgrade
• Coordinate release of enhancements: make sure release is developed and test on time, with good quality
• Ability to create custom support tools aimed at automating production processes
• Generate metrics, reports, etc.
• Provides documentation for maintaining/repairing automation scripts
