Qualifications

• Hands-on data center experience with live facilities.
• Experience building, imaging and deploying hardware at scale.
• Strong understanding of hardware and peripherals.
• Knowledge of Layer 1/2 networking concepts.
• Proficiency with Windows 11; Linux CLI comfort.
• Ability to follow SOPs and resolve issues quickly.
• Experience with enterprise ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Build, image, configure, and deploy hardware across facilities.
• Provide device and connectivity issue support.
• Troubleshoot Layer 1/2 problems, including cabling and diagnostics.
• Install fiber and structured cabling; rack-and-stack activities.
• Execute change management tasks per SOPs.
• Respond to incidents in a live environment and escalate as needed.
• Manage tickets and assist new team members; contribute to improvements.
