Job summary

TechDigital Group is seeking an IT Infrastructure Support specialist to work on manufacturing lab and Data Center IT equipment. You will handle asset tracking, imaging, and updates, while coordinating with network and server teams to resolve high-priority incidents.

The role emphasizes GMP/GxP awareness, clean room experience, and hands-on support for scanners, printers, tablets, and other IT devices used on the production line.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with manufacturing, lab and Data Center IT equipment.
• Includes but is not limited to scanners, printers (Zebra, etc.), rugged tablets, PCs attached to test equipment.
• Advanced troubleshooting for AV devices (projectors, microphones, speakers, amplifiers, cameras, displays) and IT devices.
• Experience in GMP/GxP environments and clean room Manufacturing settings.

Responsibilities

• Familiarity with manufacturing, lab and Data Center IT equipment.
• Includes but is not limited to scanners, printers (Zebra, etc.), tablets, PCs attached to specialized test equipment, PCs used on the manufacturing line.
• Advanced Troubleshooting for IT devices and mobility support/management to determine root causes.
• Coordinate with Network/Server teams and OEMs on high-priority issues.
• Manage Power Shutdown activities for data center devices and servers.
• Oversee IT Asset lifecycle for location/region, including asset collection, imaging, disposal, and updates.
• Provide on-demand Hands and Feet support for Technology team.
• Support printer management and vendor coordination to ensure print services continuity.
