Job summary
Tata Consultancy Services in Michigan is seeking an L2 Support Specialist to diagnose and resolve incidents, provide customer-facing support for software and hardware, and ensure swift problem resolution. The role focuses on rapid response and service quality across client environments.
Responsibilities include site-to-site support, hardware/software installation, ticket updates, and collaboration with Product & Engineering.
Qualifications
- Customer-facing Tier 2 support with strong verbal and written communication.
- Experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing system.
Responsibilities
- Work across multiple sites and travel as needed.
- Provide on-site technical support for hardware/software.
- Install desktop/laptop, printers, and peripherals.
- Update tickets with accurate records and resolutions.
- Coordinate hardware warranty repairs and asset management.
- Escalate to 3rd party vendors when necessary.
- Maintain knowledge base and contribute to SLA/KPI.
