Job summary

NIPPON SANSO SINGAPORE LTD is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to support identifying training needs, develop programmes and materials, and coordinate training logistics. You will maintain LMS records, assist onboarding initiatives and support performance management processes.

This role emphasizes collaboration with employees, managers, and training providers, requiring strong communication, organisational and digital skills in a dynamic industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Education, Learning & Development, Human Resources or related discipline.
• 0–3 years’ experience in Learning & Development, training, HR or related field; fresh graduates welcome.
• Good communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Experience in developing training materials, learning resources and/or digital learning content.
• Strong digital literacy; familiarity with LMS and online learning tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the identification of learning and development needs and assist in developing relevant training programmes and learning solutions.
• Assist in developing training materials, e-learning content and other learning resources, and support the facilitation of training sessions and workshops.
• Coordinate learning activities, including course registration, training logistics, participant enrolment, scheduling and communication with employees and training providers.
• Support onboarding and induction programmes, employee engagement initiatives and other learning and development activities.
• Maintain training records and the Learning Management System (LMS), and support the administration and coordination of learning programmes.
• Support performance management activities, including coordination, documentation and tracking of performance management processes.
