Job summary

ARCO is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to coordinate enterprise training programs and manage logistics, vendors, and learner experiences. You will partner with facilitators and stakeholders to deliver high-quality content and content materials across the organization.

The role emphasizes data-informed decisions, process improvements, and the use of AI tools and Articulate to create engaging learning experiences. A proactive, adaptable, and organized mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Proactive team member with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
• Experience with sourcing, vetting, and managing vendors for events.
• Ability to balance competing priorities and push back on stakeholders when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate established enterprise learning programs from planning through completion, managing timelines, logistics, communications, and documentation.
• Support training events by coordinating vendors and internal partners, managing rosters and materials, and resolving day‑of issues.
• Prepare facilitators with agendas, materials, technology, talking points, and other delivery resources.
• Create and refine learning materials, including slides, handouts, communications, worksheets, and job aids.
• Facilitate selected content and activities in a clear, engaging, and practical way.
• Build strong relationships across teams to coordinate priorities and support a consistent learner experience.
• Use the LMS and related tools to manage enrollments, learner records, reporting, and program administration.
• Analyze learner and program data to evaluate effectiveness, identify trends, and inform recommendations.
• Improve program processes, tools, content, and communications while documenting repeatable practices.
• Use AI tools, Articulate, and other learning technologies to support engaging and efficient learning experiences.
