Job summary

ARCO is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to coordinate enterprise programs, manage logistics, and partner with facilitators to deliver high-quality learner experiences.

The role includes preparing facilitators and materials, contributing to instructional design, managing LMS enrollments and reporting, and facilitating content when required. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and strong communication are essential to drive impactful learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proactive team member with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
• Experience with sourcing, vetting, and managing vendors for events
• Ability to balance competing priorities and push back on stakeholders when necessary
• Strong analytical and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Familiarity with project management, stakeholder management, and results tracking tools
• Flexible, adaptable, and solutions-oriented in face of problems
• Experience with event management or project management
• Experience with Learning Management Systems preferred
• Experience with public speaking or facilitation preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate established enterprise learning programs from planning through completion, managing timelines, logistics, communications, and documentation
• Support training events by coordinating vendors and internal partners, managing rosters and materials
• Prepare facilitators with agendas, materials, technology, talking points, and delivery resources
• Create and refine learning materials, including slides, handouts, communications, worksheets, and job aids
• Facilitate selected content in a clear, engaging, and practical way
• Build relationships across teams to coordinate priorities and learner experience
• Use the LMS to manage enrollments, learner records, reporting, and program administration
• Analyze learner and program data to evaluate effectiveness and inform recommendations
• Improve program processes, tools, content, and communications; document repeatable practices
• Use AI tools, Articulate, and other learning technologies to support engaging experiences
