Job summary
Grahamjobs is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design and implement training programs aligned with production needs and growth opportunities. You will coordinate internal and external training initiatives, track participation, and measure impact on performance and engagement.
Develop and maintain competency maps, standardize training processes with centers of excellence, and monitor KPIs to drive strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in L&D or HR Generalist role, ideally in manufacturing/industrial settings.
- Solid knowledge of training practices, HR compliance, labor laws.
- Higher education degree in HR management or related fields.
- Experience with skills/workforce planning and training systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement learning and development programs aligned with production needs.
- Coordinate internal and external training initiatives and track participation.
- Develop and maintain competency maps to support performance and succession planning.
- Standardize training processes with centers of excellence for efficiency and compliance.
- Monitor KPIs to evaluate training impact and guide decisions.
- Collaborate with leadership to plan future skills needs and build a skills pipeline.
- Provide HR guidance on policies, procedures and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies.
