Job summary

SBA Group's USA facility SBA Home North Carolina is hiring a motivated L&D Specialist to design and manage learning programs for production teams. You will build competency maps, track impact, and drive employee experience initiatives in a fast-paced, automated factory.

We seek a candidate with 3+ years in L&D/HR, knowledge of training systems (ADP Learning Module, JIRA), and fluent English; Spanish is a plus. Remote work up to 5 days/month is offered.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in L&D or HR Generalist roles, preferably in manufacturing.
• Solid knowledge of training practices, HR compliance, and labor laws.
• Higher education degree in HR management or related field.
• Strong experience in skills and workforce planning; proficient with training systems and channels.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement learning and development programs aligned with organizational needs, focusing on production trainings.
• Coordinate internal and external training initiatives, track participation and measure impact on performance and engagement.
• Develop competency and job/talent maps to support performance, growth, and succession planning.
• Standardize and digitize training processes with internal centers of excellence to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Monitor KPIs to evaluate effectiveness and drive strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with leadership to plan future skills needs and build a sustainable skills pipeline.
