This full-time, onsite role offers a salary between $130,000 and $140,000 per year and includes relocation assistance. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of training and development experience, particularly within manufacturing, and be responsible for leading training initiatives and collaborating with operational departments to enhance employee development. Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in training and employee development.
• Must have L&D experience within the manufacturing industry.
• Experience developing and delivering training for manufacturing projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead training initiatives across U.S. manufacturing sites.
• Coordinate with departments to develop competency level charts.
• Track and monitor training completion and effectiveness.
