M.C. Dean is hiring an L&D Specialist to plan, coordinate, and continuously improve internal learning programs. The role spans content development, learning technology, credentialing, and apprenticeship support, delivering across multiple teams and ensuring accurate records in the learning management system.

The position emphasizes development pathways, documentation, and stakeholder communications as part of a collaborative, forward-thinking learning function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
• 2+ years in learning and development or related roles.
• Experience coordinating programs, maintaining records, and producing documentation.
• Experience with learning systems, training records, rosters, and learner communications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, timelines, rosters, learner communications, attendance, and completion tracking for internal learning programs.
• Support instructional design, content development, and evaluation forms.
• Administer course setup, enrollments, rosters, completions, certificates in MCDU.
• Maintain program files, SOPs, and vendor records.
