Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, education, or a related field.
• 3–5 years in Learning & Development with instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Experience with learning management systems and digital learning.
• Familiarity with Zoom, Teams, and LCvista.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint) and communication.

Why You Should Consider Corrigan Krause

We are seeking a highly motivated Learning and Development professional to join our team. The Education & Development Specialist will be responsible for building, implementing, and overseeing the curriculum offered at Corrigan Krause. This individual will ensure that all courses offered at Corrigan Krause are of the highest quality, supportive to our employees learning needs, and compliant with all guidelines for continuing professional education.

Responsibilities

• Strategize regularly with stakeholders and Human Resources to determine the firm’s training needs
• Manage the key functions of the learning management system to include general maintenance and evolution of the in‑house university for CK
• Determine appropriate learning style, approach, and audience for course design
• Monitor tracking within LCvista to ensure the firm’s compliance with training and license requirements, including material in accordance with state license requirements
• Manage, build and coordinate learning curricula
• Develop a firm wide orientation and onboarding curriculum
• Support CK employees with general learning questions
• Produce webinars in a virtual learning environment
• Engage with technical experts on adult learning principles and best training practices for learner engagement
• Collaborate with other team members on learning projects to ensure completion and high quality
• Keeps abreast of emerging trends in instructional design, learning technologies, management, leadership development, and professional skills training

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, preferably in Accounting, Learning/Education, or relevant discipline
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in Learning & Development with knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles and digital learning
• Learning management system experience preferred
• Experience with Zoom, Teams, LCvista preferred
• Proven record of partnering and consulting with all levels of company management and multiple business units
• Demonstrated success in building and implementing programs and project management around L&D
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment

Starting compensation typically ranges from $75,000–$105,000, offered as a comprehensive package with opportunity for growth.
