Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of Learning & Development experience with instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Learning management system experience preferred; familiarity with Zoom, Teams, LCvista preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategize with stakeholders and HR to determine training needs.
• Manage the learning management system and in-house university.
• Determine appropriate learning styles and audiences for course design.
• Monitor LCvista to ensure training and license compliance.
• Develop firm-wide onboarding curricula and coordinate learning curricula.
• Produce webinars in a virtual learning environment and collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure high quality.
