Syneos Health is seeking a Learning & Development Project Manager who will partner with the L&D Center of Excellence to manage timelines, coordinate resources, and ensure high-quality delivery of learning programs, onboarding initiatives, and process improvements.

This hybrid role in Horsham, PA requires 3+ years of project management and 2+ years in learning & development, with Wrike or similar platforms; you will lead cross-functional teams, develop plans, and report progress to stakeholders.

Formación

• 3+ years of project management experience.
• 2+ years of learning & development experience.
• Experience with Wrike or similar project management platforms.
• Ability to create consultative business partnerships with business leaders.
• Bachelor's degree required; Masters preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Track and manage allocated budget for program.
• Engage in demand, capability, and capacity planning.
• Lead end-to-end project management for learning programs, training initiatives, onboarding cohorts, virtual and in-person events, and operational workstreams.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, stakeholder communications, risks, dependencies, and resource needs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including learning architects, content developers, IT, digital teams, meeting planners, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Support learning operations within LMS platforms, including training assignments, coordinating content updates, reporting, transcript analytics, and issue resolution.
• Build, refine, and optimize project management system, workflows, templates, intake processes, SOPs, job aids, and centralized knowledge repositories.
• Leverage AI and productivity tools to improve process efficiency, streamline documentation, enhance communication, and support workflow redesign.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable plans, aligned deliverables, and measurable outcomes.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks or barriers, elevate issues as needed, and drive alignment on next steps
