Hybrid role requiring 3 days on-site at the Titusville, NJ or Horsham, PA offices. Minimum 3 years PM and 2 years L&D experience, Wrike proficiency, and strong collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Learning preferred.

• 3+ years of project management experience.
• 2+ years of learning & development experience.
• Experience with Wrike or similar project management platforms required.
• Ability to build consultative partnerships with business leaders to drive results.
