Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in training, education, instructional design, or related field, including manufacturing experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field; Master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and build curricula and course guides from needs analysis through pilot delivery.
• Develop learning systems, documentation, videos, and job aids for tools, systems, and processes.
• Select instructional techniques appropriate to audience and content.
• Develop alternative training approaches when outcomes are not achieved.
• Conduct needs analyses and report findings to leadership.
• Manage project timelines, outlines, and proposals for initiatives.
• Coordinate with departments to plan and deliver cross-functional learning solutions.
• Test, review, and iterate learning materials pre- and post-rollout.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for L&D vendor partners on scheduling and development.
• Vet prospective vendors and attend scoping meetings as needed.
• Coordinate with Employee Relations, EH&S, Quality, and Operations on training content.
