Job summary

Referment seeks a Learning and Development Program Operations Manager to lead a team of L&D coordinators and drive hands-on operational improvements. You will partner with a generative-AI learning team to plan and execute initiatives, modernise workflows, and promote AI adoption across the function.

You will strengthen processes, develop people, and coordinate cross‑stakeholder initiatives while staying close to delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least seven years of experience in programme management, operations, or a related field.
• Proven track record in operational process redesign with measurable efficiency improvements.
• Recent, practical experience applying generative-AI tools to improve workflows.
• Experience managing and developing people with strong organisational skills.
• Background in PMO leadership or workforce innovation is advantageous.
• Experience in Product Management or treating internal services as a product is desirable.
• Clear written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop L&D coordinators, setting priorities, delegating, and giving constructive feedback.
• Partner with the generative-AI learning team to deliver initiatives end-to-end.
• Redesign manual L&D processes for efficiency and scalability using modern tools.
• Encourage practical adoption of generative-AI tools in team workflows.
• Keep multi-stakeholder programmes on track, resolving delivery issues and communicating with executives.
