Job summary

LPS is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs across the organization. This role focuses on onboarding, core workflows, and performance improvement to prepare new hires within their first 60–90 days.

The ideal candidate applies adult learning principles, aligns training with business objectives, and partners with department leaders to implement engaging content and assess training effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Experience designing and delivering adult learning programs.
• Proven ability to lead onboarding and improve training outcomes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop training strategy and curricula aligned with company goals.
• Deliver onboarding and role-based training across departments.
• Measure training effectiveness and report outcomes to leadership.
• Maintain centralized training materials and coordinate with SMEs.
• Coordinate continuing education efforts, scheduling, testing, and documentation in ADP.
