Job summary

Keystone is seeking a Senior Associate to provide broad-based support across Learning & Development and Performance initiatives, delivering Keystone University training, onboarding, and performance programs in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

The role is hybrid with a minimum in-office requirement of 3 days per week. We do not sponsor visas; applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience in talent, learning and development, HR, program management, consulting, operations, communications, or a related field.
• Highly proactive and resourceful with initiative to carry work across finish line.
• Strong PM and organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to tailor messages for different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple Performance and Learning & Development initiatives from planning through execution with clear roadmaps.
• Provide hands-on logistical and operational support for live, virtual, and hybrid programs.
• Create repeatable processes, templates, and trackers to scale programs.
• Lead onboarding logistics and improve content and materials for a cohesive experience.
• Support the biannual performance review process with data management and follow-up.
