Role Description

The L&D (Learning & Development) Production Lead is a full‑time position based on‑site in San Francisco, CA. The L&D Production Lead will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing learning programs for internal teams. This includes creating training materials, overseeing employee development initiatives, and collaborating with various teams to promote skill‑building opportunities. The role involves managing L&D policies, streamlining processes, and ensuring all learning programs align with organizational goals.
