Job summary

Lee Kum Kee is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to lead talent development, succession planning, and leadership training. The role drives learning strategy, designs programs, and partners with leaders across functions to build capability and engagement.

With a focus on Hi-Po development, LMS governance, and results-driven training, you will shape our learning culture and ensure compliance, while advancing organizational performance and leadership excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Organization Development, Human Resources or related field.
• 5+ years of Learning and Development with a track record in talent development and engagement.
• Strong instructional design skills with diverse audiences.
• Hands-on facilitation experience delivering leadership, technical, or compliance training.
• Experience with LMS platforms including system administration and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize learning programs aligning with corporate culture and strategic goals.
• Develop and implement a Hi-Po Talent Development Program with leadership guidance.
• Administer Talent Management System and Talent Review processes with leaders.
