Job summary

Georgia-Pacific, a Koch company, seeks a site-based Learning & Development Leader to drive hourly operator training initiatives across the Bradford, PA facility. You will implement and manage training qualifications, create and update SOPs/OPLs, and collaborate with site leadership to close gaps and improve retention and growth for critical roles.

Lead development of learning materials, work with cross-functional teams, and ensure curriculum aligns with our operating standards and governance

Qualifications

Experience in an operational business partner/support role.
Experience using Microsoft Office to enable learning materials in a learning system.
3+ years of Learning & Development in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Implement and manage hourly operator technical training qualifications.
Develop and update technical training content including SOPs, OPLs, and reference material.
Manage the development of site-based hourly workforce.
Leverage knowledge base and training processes to accelerate L&D programs within a corrugated facility.
Partner with site leadership to identify gaps and opportunities for training and development.
Ensure training content aligns with Principle Based Management™ in program development and deployment.
