Job summary

LEMOINE is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to drive employee growth and organizational performance through instructional design, digital content, and learning technologies.

You will develop competency-based programs, manage LMS and analytics, and partner with leaders across functions to deliver engaging, compliant training and onboarding, career development, and leadership initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field and foundational knowledge in instructional design.
• Experience creating and delivering digital learning content and instructor‑led training programs.
• Solid knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Experience with LMS and e‑learning authoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver digital learning content using adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
• Develop e‑learning modules, videos, microlearning content, job aids, facilitator guides, and blended solutions.
• Administer and maintain the LMS, manage learning paths, certifications, and reporting.
• Facilitate virtual and instructor‑led training and collaborate with stakeholders across functions.
• Support compliance, onboarding, leadership development, and career development programs.
