Job summary

Knobelsdorff (KE) is seeking a Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator in Goodhue, MN to support course assignments, user management, and training record accuracy. You will aid in developing eLearning materials, monitoring completion data, and generating compliance reports.

The role emphasizes collaboration with subject matter experts, content updates, and learner engagement, with a 5‑day on‑site schedule and a pay range of $20–$25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning and Development, or a related field.
• Ability to work in Goodhue, MN 5 days/week.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the administration and maintenance of the LMS, including course assignments, user management, and training record accuracy.
• Support the development and updating of eLearning courses, training materials, job aids, and other digital resources.
• Monitor training completion data and generate reports to support compliance tracking.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and team members to gather content and maintain current training programs.
• Provide LMS support to employees by answering questions and troubleshooting basic system issues.
• Assist with training communications and learner engagement initiatives by analyzing feedback and metrics.
• Additional duties as assigned.
