Job summary

Knobelsdorff Enterprises is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design, develop, and maintain training content across the organization. You will create instructor-led and eLearning materials, collaborate with SMEs, and ensure content quality aligned with KE standards to boost workforce readiness and performance.

The role requires strong instructional design skills, excellent writing, and experience with MS Office and LMS tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years creating training, instructional, educational, or business process docs.
• Associate's or Bachelor's in Instructional Design, Training & Development, Education, Communications, Organizational Development, Technical Writing, or related field.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical info into clear learning content.
• Experience collaborating with SMEs and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong written communication, editing, project organization, and time management.
• MS Office Suite proficiency including PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop training content using approved objectives, outlines, and L&D standards.
• Create and maintain instructor-led training, virtual training, eLearning, videos, job aids, assessments, and reference materials.
• Collaborate with SMEs to gather, validate, and organize technical knowledge.
• Ensure learning materials meet quality, branding, and instructional design standards.
• Support multimedia content creation including graphics, videos, simulations, and interactive components.
• Maintain content libraries, templates, documentation, and version control.
