Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Learning & Development or related roles.
• Ability to evaluate and research training options.
• Travel to distribution centers or sales events as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Commercial L&D training calendar and coordinate all training logistics.
• Schedule instructor-led training sessions, virtual workshops, and onboarding events.
• Administer and maintain Commercial Trainings on LMS platforms.
