• Creates LIVE vendor webinar events on Exceed (LMS).
• Records events and publishes on Exceed for self-paced, on-demand training.
• Organizes Vendor Schools at Manufacturing Facilities for trainees and other employees.
• Attends and audits classes.
• Plans training events at Motion facilities for employees and customers.
• Supports other Learning and Development programs and initiatives as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
