Job summary

The role focuses on dashboards, metrics, and data-driven insights to measure training effectiveness and support onboarding and continuous development within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Business Admin, Data Analytics, or related field (equivalent experience considered).
• 2–5 years of experience in learning analytics or related role.
• Proficiency in collecting, analyzing, and reporting training data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, Power Query, formulas, dashboards).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Power BI or Tableau for dashboards (preferred).
• Experience administering an LMS.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret training data to measure program effectiveness and identify trends.
• Build dashboards and reports for the L&D team, HR partners, and leaders.
• Track attendance, completion rates, assessment scores, and feedback results.
• Support evaluation efforts (pre/post evaluations, ROI insights).
• Ensure data accuracy across learning systems.
• Coordinate logistics for training programs and virtual events.
