Job summary

MP Materials Corp. in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Director, Talent, Learning & Organizational Development to lead talent strategies across the employee lifecycle, aligning with business priorities and building scalable frameworks.

The role partners with executives to elevate performance, leadership capability, and organizational effectiveness, shaping learning programs, succession planning, and analytics to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; master’s preferred.
• 8–10 years of progressive HR experience with Talent, Learning, and OD.
• Experience designing performance management, succession planning, and leadership programs.
• Strong program leadership, change management, and data-driven decision making.
• Familiarity with LMS and digital learning strategies.

Responsibilities

• Owns end-to-end talent lifecycle: performance management, talent assessment, and development.
• Design and implement end-to-end performance management processes.
• Partner with leaders to clarify goals, feedback, and skill gaps.
• Lead enterprise talent reviews, succession planning, and development planning.
• Establish talent analytics to assess effectiveness and inform decisions.
• Design and deliver manager/leadership development strategies.
• Diagnose organizational needs and drive change and transformation.
• Provide frameworks for coaching and leadership development.
• Foster high-performance culture to boost engagement and retention.
• Define and scale enterprise learning and capability building.
• Develop learning strategy aligned to priorities and future needs.
• Manage LMS and learning programs; measure impact.
• Coordinate with external learning partners.
