The Learning & Development (L&D) Analyst plays a key role in supporting the organization’s learning and development strategy through data analysis, learning technology administration, and training operations. This position is responsible for collecting and analyzing learning data, developing dashboards and reports, maintaining learning systems, and coordinating training programs that enable employee growth and organizational performance. The L&D Analyst provides actionable insights that measure training effectiveness, improve the learner experience, and support data‑driven decision making. The role also administers Learning Management System (LMS) activities, coordinates onboarding and training logistics, maintains learning records, and serves as a resource for employees on learning programs and technologies.
