Job summary

Clearsulting LLC is seeking a Manager, Treasury to lead delivery across our Treasury portfolio. You will design and oversee end-to-end Treasury solutions, guiding client engagements with a focus on outcomes and profitability.

You will build strong client relationships, mentor teams, and support sales through proposals and realistic estimates. The role offers hybrid or remote work and travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in professional services delivery roles.
• 2+ years Kyriba or TMS implementation experience; CTP is a plus.
• At least 2 Kyriba certifications.
• Strong project management experience including milestones, risk management and communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality delivery across Clearsulting’s Treasury portfolio from design through execution.
• Lead end-to-end Treasury solutions across modules with scalable, sustainable outcomes.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and provide practical guidance; spot expansion opportunities.
• Lead and mentor junior resources to foster growth and accountability.
• Support sales with proposals, SOWs, and realistic estimates; collaborate across practices.
• Develop collateral and market-facing content; partner with alliances and marketing.
