Job summary

Clearsulting LLC in the United States seeks a Director, Treasury to lead Kyriba and related treasury solutions. You will own a book of client engagements, guide delivery, and build senior-level relationships across Treasury practices.

Hybrid or remote work available, with travel up to 10%. The role requires 8+ years in professional services, 4+ years Kyriba/TMS experience, and multiple Kyriba certifications.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in professional services in a delivery role.
• 4+ years of Kyriba or TMS implementation experience; CTP is a plus.
• At least 4 Kyriba certifications (other TMS experience considered).
• Demonstrable experience driving exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Strong project management experience including workplan creation and updates, milestone tracking, risk management, status updates, change management, engagement economics (profitability), and communications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject-matter expert across Kyriba and broader Treasury solutions, leveraging deep functional and technical expertise to solve complex client challenges.
• Own a portfolio of client engagements, ensuring delivery outcomes, client satisfaction, and healthy engagement economics.
• Maintain a strong pulse across project portfolio; guide teams, mitigate risks, ensure successful outcomes.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members across levels; provide direction, feedback, and mentorship.
• Define and execute strategic initiatives addressing evolving client needs and market trends.
• Act as a senior leader in business development; drive independent sales efforts and cross-practice collaboration.
• Represent Clearsulting in the market; build relationships and contribute to go-to-market strategies.
