Job summary

Embark in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Director to build and lead our Kyriba service offering. You will set strategy, drive client implementations, and scale the practice across cash and liquidity management, financial risk, and ERP connectivity.

You will recruit, mentor, and grow a bench of Kyriba consultants, partner with CFOs, treasurers, and finance leaders, and represent Embark at Kyriba events and industry forums.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership with track record of building and growing a service line
• Deep treasury knowledge including cash forecasting and liquidity management
• Ability to communicate with CFOs/treasurers and translate business needs into technical solutions

Responsibilities

• Build up Embark's Kyriba practice - set strategy, target industries, and differentiation
• Lead Kyriba implementations and optimizations across cash, liquidity, and ERP connectivity
• Define technical standards for Kyriba environments and integrations
• Develop tools, training, and playbooks to scale the Kyriba team
• Represent Embark at Kyriba events and industry forums, expanding the partnership
