Embark is hiring a Kyriba Service Offering Director to build and lead our Kyriba practice. You will shape strategy, target industries, and differentiate as a Kyriba partner while growing a team and delivering multi-faceted implementations for clients.

You will recruit and mentor consultants, drive treasury modernization programs, and collaborate with executives to expand our offering and revenue. This role offers growth, leadership, and high-visibility client impact.

Competenze

• Deep, hands-on Kyriba experience across cash and liquidity management, financial risk, payments, and ERP connectivity.
• Experience building a practice or service line from the ground up.
• Strong treasury and liquidity knowledge, including cash forecasting and FX risk.
• Excellent leadership and coaching abilities in ambiguous environments.

Mansioni

• Partner with Embark leaders to build the Kyriba practice strategy and market focus.
• Lead Kyriba implementations and optimizations across client engagements.
• Define technical standards for Kyriba environments, APIs, and ERP integrations.
• Develop tools, training, and playbooks for the Kyriba team.
• Represent Embark at Kyriba events and industry forums.
• Build relationships with CFOs and finance leaders to generate engagements.
• Recruit, mentor, and grow a Kyriba consultant bench.
• Collaborate with business development on proposals, RFPs, and scoping.
