Job summary

Embark People, LLC is seeking a Director to build and lead our Kyriba practice, driving strategy, implementations, and optimizations for clients.

You will guide architecture, connectivity, and ERP integrations, while mentoring a growing team of Kyriba consultants and expanding client engagements. This role emphasizes leadership, deep treasury experience, and collaboration with CFOs across industries.

Qualifications

• Deep Kyriba experience: implemented across cash and liquidity management, financial risk, payments, and ERP connectivity.
• Track record building a practice or service line from the ground up.
• Strong treasury and liquidity expertise in cash forecasting, FX risk, and payments operations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Embark leaders to build and differentiate our Kyriba practice.
• Lead Kyriba implementations and optimizations across deployments, upgrades, and processes.
• Define technical standards for Kyriba environments including connectivity, APIs, and ERP integrations.
• Develop tools, training, and playbooks for scalable Kyriba delivery.
• Represent Embark at Kyriba events and industry forums to grow our brand.
• Cultivate relationships with CFOs and finance leaders to generate engagements.
