The Western Union Company is seeking a detail‑oriented Analyst to join our GKYC team in Denver. You will analyze compliance and transaction data to identify gaps, resolve weaknesses, and improve the Global KYC Program while collaborating across business groups to meet global regulatory obligations.

You will evaluate end‑to‑end customer identification and verification processes, escalate issues, and support internal audits and remediation efforts.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience in AML/compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 3+ years in AML compliance or a related field; 2+ years analyzing data/metrics.

Mansioni

• Analyze data and metrics to assess controls and program effectiveness.
• Identify, document, and escalate gaps, deficiencies, and issues.
• Review KYC data for accuracy and integrity; support audits and remediation.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Technology and business teams on KYC initiatives.
