Job summary

The Western Union Company is seeking a highly organized Manager to join our Global Know Your Customer (GKYC) team in Denver. You will support the Head of Global KYC, drive oversight procedures, and strengthen program effectiveness across regions.

Leverage deep AML experience, lead KYC Ops improvements, and maintain global policies. This hybrid role requires collaboration with senior leaders and the ability to manage multiple initiatives with timely results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; may be substituted with relevant work experience.
• 5+ years in AML compliance or a comparable field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management.
• Experience with complex systems across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Ability to translate insights into concise compliance findings.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Experience leading compliant teams in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Visio a plus.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Global KYC in driving oversight procedures.
• Guide KYC Operations and lead process improvements for program effectiveness.
• Draft, review, and maintain Global KYC policies and desk references.
• Lead development and execution of process enhancements for efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional teams across regions for alignment.
• Cultivate relationships with regional and global stakeholders.
• Provide leadership to a team of direct reports to deliver initiatives.
