Job summary

You will ensure regulatory rigor across multiple jurisdictions, mentor junior analysts, and maintain precise records of all KYC activity.

You will stay ahead of changing KYC/AML rules, and apply updates to daily work while collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain a robust compliance posture.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on AML/KYC experience with global frameworks.
• Ability to navigate complex entity structures and multi-jurisdictional regimes.
• ICA/ACAMS certifications encouraged but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Own complex KYC engagements end to end, from intake to delivery.
• Guide team standards, improving processes and documentation.
• Validate KYC documentation for AML, KYC compliance across EU/UK/US regimes.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in company systems.
• Monitor evolving KYC/AML regulations and share insights with the team.
