Job summary

Matthew 25 Aids Services in Henderson, KY is seeking a mission-driven program administrator to oversee Ryan White Part B and Housing programs, ensuring programs run smoothly, on time, and in compliance with funding requirements.

You will draft policies, manage budgets, supervise staff, build partnerships with health departments and housing providers, analyze data, and report outcomes to funders while supporting people living with HIV.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Operations, Administration, Social Work, Healthcare, etc.).
  • 1–2 years of supervision, budgeting, financial management experience in nonprofit settings.
  • Experience in a service-driven environment or nonprofit sector preferred.

  • Willingness to travel across Kentucky.
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
  • Must pass drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Henderson KY Ryan White Part B and Housing Program Manager and related programs.
  • Draft and update departmental policies to meet funding requirements.
  • Oversee program implementation in line with state and federal funding and ensure documentation accuracy.
  • Monitor delivery and impact of housing services, including rental assistance and case management.
  • Maintain and strengthen partnerships with health departments, housing agencies, and service providers.
  • Analyze program data to track progress, identify trends, and drive improvements.
  • Maintain MOUs, contracts, and funding documentation; align with Kentucky Part B workplan objectives.
  • Participate in local planning and activity boards (e.g., KHPAC, Homeless Connection).

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure coordination with Henderson KY Ryan White Part B and Housing Program Manager and across HIV care and housing programs to deliver seamless services aligned with Ryan White Part B, HOPWA, and TBRA guidelines.

Responsible for drafting and updating departmental policies that align with funding requirements

Oversee program implementation in accordance with state and federal funding requirements, ensuring accurate service documentation, eligibility tracking, and outcome alignment.

Monitor the delivery and impact of housing services, including rental assistance, housing case management, and supportive services to promote long-term housing stability for people living with HIV.

Maintain and strengthen partnerships with health departments, housing agencies, and service providers to support referrals, shared clients, and coordinated funding efforts.

Analyze program data to track progress, identify trends, and support improvements in service delivery and client outcomes.

Maintain accurate records of programmatic MOUs, contracts, and documentation required by funding agencies across both Part B and housing programs and ensure the objectives listed within the funding workplan for Kentucky Part B are being met.

Will participate in local planning and activity boards (for example, KHPAC, Homeless Connection, etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field (Business, Operations, Administration, Social Work, Healthcare, etc.).
  • 1-2 years of experience in personnel supervision, budgeting, financial management, and nonprofit experience.
  • Experience working in a nonprofit organization or a strong desire to work in a service-driven environment.

  • Flexibility, as our services are available to a large geographic area in the state of Kentucky, which may require some travel
  • Valid Driver’s License with at least three (3) years of driving experience and fewer than two (2) moving violations in the past three (3) years.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and background test.
